The Trolley Line project aims to establish a recreational trails along the West Penn Railways trolley route between Larimer and Irwin.

This project proposes to:

• Secure an easement and create a shared-use path along the former trolley line
• Acquire the private land adjacent to Hilltop Park for recreation
• Expand the trail system within Hilltop Park and the acquired land
